If you are using Agent Berlin Services in connection with an account you have with us, additional terms may apply. Use of Google User Data (Limited Use)

Our application's use and transfer of Google API data strictly adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use requirements). We use this data solely to provide the features you have requested and do not sell or transfer this information except as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, or in the event of a merger or acquisition. We do not use this data for advertising purposes.

Information We Collect

At Agent Berlin, we collect your email address and name when you log in to our services. The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. This allows us to create a more personalized experience and streamline communication. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. Furthermore, we gather information about your device and browser, such as your operating system, IP address, and the time of access. This information helps us optimize your experience and continuously improve our services.

We also track user interactions and behavior within our platform through analytics tools to understand how our services are utilized. Cookies are utilized to save your authentication information if you are using Agent Berlin's service. These small text files help us recognize you.

Use of Third-Party Services

To provide our AI-powered SEO services, Agent Berlin utilizes the following categories of third-party service providers:

AI Language Models: We use AI services including OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude), and Google (Gemini) to process queries and generate content. Your prompts and relevant context may be transmitted to these services to provide you with accurate and relevant responses.

Cloud Infrastructure: Our services are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Supabase, which provide secure cloud computing and database services.

Payment Processing: We use Stripe to process subscription payments securely. Stripe handles all payment card information directly and we do not store your full payment card details.

Analytics: We use analytics tools to understand product usage and improve our services.

Communication Services: We use email service providers to send transactional emails such as account notifications and invitations.

Google Search Console and Analytics Integration

Agent Berlin offers optional integrations that allow users to connect their Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) accounts. Connecting these services is entirely optional and not required for basic functionality.

When you choose to connect these integrations, we collect analytics data (such as search queries, impressions, clicks, and traffic data) to provide you with SEO insights and enhanced services. This data is used solely to deliver the features you have requested.

The analytics data collected through these integrations is stored for the duration of your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, this data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by using the "Delete Project" option in your account settings or by contacting us.

CMS Integrations

Agent Berlin supports optional integrations with content management systems including WordPress, Webflow, Ghost, Shopify, HubSpot, and others. When you connect a CMS integration, we securely store the necessary authentication credentials (such as API keys or OAuth tokens) to enable content publishing features. These credentials are encrypted at rest and are used solely to perform the actions you request within the Service.

ChatGPT App Integration

Agent Berlin is available as an app in the ChatGPT app store ("Agent Berlin"). This allows you to interact with your Agent Berlin account and SEO data through ChatGPT's conversational interface, rather than using the Agent Berlin dashboard directly.

When you install the Agent Berlin app from ChatGPT, you will be asked to authorize access to your Agent Berlin account using a secure OAuth 2.1 flow. This is similar to "Sign in with Google" - you log in to your existing Agent Berlin account and grant ChatGPT permission to access your data on your behalf.

Data accessible via ChatGPT:

• Aggregated website analytics (traffic, visibility, search performance metrics)
• Brand configuration (company name, competitors, industries, target segments)
• SEO recommendations (titles, descriptions, status) via semantic search
• Page content index (URLs, titles) for your brand and competitors via semantic search
• Keyword data via semantic search
• Ability to submit feedback

Data NOT accessible via ChatGPT:

• Payment or billing information
• Your Agent Berlin account credentials
• Raw Google Search Console or Analytics API credentials

Your conversation history with ChatGPT is not stored by Agent Berlin. We use industry-standard OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for secure authorization. Access tokens are short-lived; refresh tokens are stored securely and encrypted.

Revoking access: You can remove the Agent Berlin app from your ChatGPT settings at any time. This immediately revokes access to your Agent Berlin data. OAuth tokens are automatically invalidated when you disconnect the app.

Data Storage and Retention

We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Your account is immediately deactivated (soft delete)
• All data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• You may request immediate deletion by contacting us

Chat messages and conversation content are not permanently stored on our servers. Integration data (GSC, GA4, CMS) is retained only for the duration of your active subscription plus a 30-day grace period.

Location of Collected Data

The data we collect is stored and processed in the United States. Our primary infrastructure is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the US-East region, with database services provided by Supabase (US-West region). By using our Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States. We are committed to protecting your data as described in this Policy, regardless of where it is located.

Security of Collected Data

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
• Encryption of data at rest using industry-standard encryption
• Secure authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0 and JWT tokens
• Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
• Regular security monitoring and incident response procedures

Access to production systems is restricted to essential personnel only. We maintain audit logs and use automated monitoring tools to detect and respond to potential security incidents.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal data
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data by using the "Delete Project" feature or contacting us
