User Uploaded Files

Users can upload files, which we store in our object storage. For European users, files are stored in Europe, and for US-based users, files are stored in the United States. This ensures compliance with regional data protection regulations.

Data Storage and Retention

Users’ chat messages are not stored on our servers or used in any way. We retain your login information in our database, which is hosted on Supabase, for as long as necessary to deliver the services you’ve requested, fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for other legitimate and lawful business purposes. The actual retention periods may vary significantly based on factors such as user expectations, consent, the sensitivity of the data, our ability to enable user deletion controls, and our legal or contractual obligations.

The data we collect may be stored and processed in your country or region, or in other countries where we, our affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers process data. Currently, we primarily utilize data centers in the United States and Europe. These storage locations are chosen to operate efficiently and enhance performance.
