General Refund Terms
Used Credits: All credits that is credited to the user account are non-refundable. Once a credit has been deposited to your account, through monthly subscription or purchased separately to access Agent Berlin Services, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Contact Support: If you think you have a special situation, send an email to hello@agentberlin.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We may or may not grant a refund in our sole discretion.
Verification and Processing: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if needed. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days if applicable.
Changes to the Refund Policy
Agent Berlin reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page. Continued use of the Services after any changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
